Experience a untouched rainforest in Darién.
1st Day: Panama City - Darién, Transfer to the national airport to catch a flight to fly via La Palma to Sambu. Upon arrival we will start our hiking tour towards the rain forest and we will put up our tents in an Indian village. We then will explore the village and get to to know the locals.
2nd Day: Darién, After the breakfast we will excursion with a boat the rainforest of Darién. With a little bit luck you will see river-dolphins, monkeys and parrots. Afterwards we will start our trekking in the rainforest where you will learn a lot about Flora and Fauna. In the afternoon we will visit a Wounaan-Indian Village where we will stay also overnight. Here you will see how they live and will learn all about their culture.
3rd Day: Darién, Today we will drive with the boats over the river. We will do always some breaks to explore the region on foot. On the way we will meet some friendly local Indians and can watch them by the daily work.
4th Day: Darién, Also today we will explore further the Darien Jungle
5th Day: Darién - Panama City, In the morning we will hike and take the boat back to the landing strip and fly back to Panama City. Upon barrival transfer to your hotel in the city.
